Gotta love it when a plan comes together...

I have the privilege of working with some of the best in our industry. I so enjoy it that I look forward to it everyday. It is exactly the right spot for me at this time in my 40 year career in the pest control and lawn care industry. One of my clients who is having a fantastic year and whom I work with on a retainer basis, is also a passionate and very capable manager. His numbers this year (Year To Date thru May) are quite impressive:
 A 36% increase in growth rate
 Less than a 1.25% monthly cancellation rate
 Material and Supply usage as a percent of total revenue has gone from 13.9% to 8.8%
 Thru May YTD, 69% of his revenue increase has gone to the bottom line
 Profit has increased 122.18% over last year thru May YTD
Not bad at all!! I love it when a plan comes together!!
